Frequently Asked Questions

Bookings & payments

How do I book for a sports camp?
Booking online is easy! Simply click the “Book Now” button on the specific sports camp page. If you wish to book places for multiple participants, you can adjust the quantity on the cart page. You can also book for different ages (Mini/Junior/Senior programs) and different sports (e.g. Cricket and Netball) in the same transaction — just add these camps to your cart.

Once you’re ready to checkout, go to the cart page, where you’ll need to login or create an account if this is your first time booking.

After you’ve logged in, proceed to checkout, enter your billing and payment details and complete the transaction.

After payment has successfully completed, you’ll be prompted to enter details about the children attending the camp(s) you booked. You’ll also receive a receipt via email and details about the camp.

What happens after I book?
The first thing you’ll need to do is tell us more about who’s coming! Don’t worry, this is an easy step, we just ask for a few details about each child like their Club/School, names of any friends attending, and any medical conditions or allergies we need to know about.

Each participant will then receive an email confirming their registration for camp. The email will outline all of the camp information – what to bring, camp start and finish times, the address and directions. If you don’t receive email confirmation, please check your junk email folder and if you still don’t have it contact us at [email protected] so we can resend it.

How do I pay?

What's your child safety policy?

Child safety commitment

International Sports Camps provide quality sports coaching camps for participants in a welcoming and safe environment and foster positive learning and skill development.

We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children attending and they will be treated with respect and understanding at all times.

Everyone participating in an International Sports Camps program, including staff, children and parents must keep to our code of conduct so that we can provide a safe and supportive environment for all.

Behaviours and respect

To ensure that all attending a camp can enjoy the program and improve their skills, International Sports Camps have policies in place to foster the right kind of attitude and behaviours. This goes hand in hand with the life lessons that playing sport teach us.

All attending must treat other participants with kindness and respect, we foster a team environment at each program and develop team skills during the camp.

Do you have a Sun Smart policy?

International Sports Camps Australia promotes and adheres to the SunSmart Recommendations of the Cancer Council of Victoria. Sunscreen is provided by staff at the programs and children are encouraged to apply across the day. However, as an added precaution, we require all parents to apply sunscreen to their children in the morning before the camp begins.
